Fury
Harming children is sick and wrong

Listen to this Story
The Furies
In ancient Rome the goddesses of vengeance were called The Furies (in Greece they were called Erinyes). They were invoked when someone had sworn a false oath, harmed family members, when children were harmed by adults or when the powerful harmed the powerless. Their task was to relentlessly follow and torment the guilty parties for their crimes until they were transformed from their evil ways or driven into destitution and insanity.
Originally, they arose from the earth when Cronus castrated his father Uranus. The spilled blood became the Furies which thereafter sought to right injustice in families and societies.
“I don't think I'm yet peaceful because I have to struggle every day within myself when I see the suffering of the people of the world, the women and the children. And fury sets in. But I have to transform that and take it out and do something positive with it - but I have to do that sometimes minute to minute.” – Betty Williams
Raging for Justice
The rage of injustice shaking us to the core reflects the primal drive to right the wrongs inflicted on the innocent. Witnessing the horror show of atrocities that the Epstein class of the United States have done to the most vulnerable leaves me seething with fury.
Our children, our babies, our young girls, our future, have been destroyed by twisted people slaking an insatiable thirst for power, who have acted with impunity. They exploited our children, people, workers, and our earth. To them everything and everyone is disposable, only useful as long as it is serving their needs. Their depravity is limitless.
Learning about all the ways they abused and harmed babies, children and women and men is horrific. Forcing children to give birth to babies for the purpose of eating them or using them for sexual kicks. Draining their blood like a vampire and injecting it to increase their own longevity. Raping and murdering babies and children. Torturing them for pleasure. It is depraved beyond my comprehension.
We must stop them now!
Embody your inner Fury until justice is served.
“Beware of him that is slow to anger; for when it is long coming, it is the stronger when it comes, and the longer kept. Abused patience turns to fury.”
– Francis Quarles
We all deserve a better world
Coming together in community to end all exploitation and build a healthy and just future is our only path forward. We no longer accept that this is how our world is but we must decide to make a better one.
One where everyone is treated as valuable. No one person is better than another. Where power is distributed more evenly. No more hierarchal pyramids, instead we become a circle where the health and well-being of children and community are centered.
“I always say that non-violence is not the weapon of the weak. It is the weapon of the strong.” – Betty Williams
The personal is political
As a mother to two young girls who are the ages that some of the exploited, murdered, and abused children were, I feel even more committed to helping build a world where they won't be vulnerable to the predators of the Epstein class and their ilk.
It has been hard processing what has been coming out of the files. There have been nights I haven't slept because of the horrific things being revealed. The other night I had a dream that I was being hunted by one of the perpetrators. He was riding around in a limousine standing up through the moon roof with a shotgun. I knew that I had the advantage because he wouldn't get out of the car. He was limited by roads and I could run through the woods.
Relentless Pursuit
There's no letting this slide. We have to keep the pressure on until justice is served. These monsters in power have got to go. We must take ALL their assets and redistribute them. We can use it to provide healthcare for all, housing, and food. It's time to start leading the way to a sustainable future, away from fossil fuels and towards fully renewable energy.
The way they treat babies, girls, women and children is how they think of all of us and of the earth itself. They are deeply disturbed, mentally ill and psychopaths, ALL OF THEM. Power and wealth have gone to their heads and they believe they are better than everyone else. In reality they are a bunch of mediocre men.
All their names need to be revealed and they need to be held accountable. They must wear their shame for all eternity, and their names will be used as examples to stop us from ever going back to an unequal society.
The present is so bleak, but we can use fury as fuel to create a better future.
ABOLISH BILLIONAIRES NOW!!
“Hope and fury were more than a flame in her heart; they formed a scorching blaze that would burn down this Kingdom of Shadows with everything in it.”
– Day Leitao
